Initial Notice – Late Return of Rental Costume
Dear Customer,
This is an initial notice regarding the return of your rented costume from Holy Tot.
Please note that our standard rental period is 24 hours from the time of collection/delivery. The costume must be returned within the agreed rental period so that it can be prepared and made available for the next customer.
If the costume is not returned within the scheduled 24-hour period, additional late-return charges may apply, as the delay can affect other confirmed bookings.
We kindly request you to return the costume on time and in the same condition in which it was received. If you anticipate any delay, please contact Holy Tot as soon as possible so that we can assist you accordingly.

Costume Return & Late Fee Policy
All costumes rented from Holy Tot must be returned within 24 hours from the scheduled return time.
To ensure the smooth availability of costumes for all customers, late returns will be subject to the following charges:
- Up to 1 hour late: ₹100 late fee
- Up to 2 hours late: ₹200 late fee
- More than 3 hours late: The full rental amount will be charged.
Customers are requested to adhere to the agreed return timeline. Late returns may affect the availability of costumes for other bookings and therefore the applicable charges will be enforced accordingly.
By renting a costume from Holy Tot, the customer agrees to the above return and late-fee policy.
