At Holy Tot, we strive to provide the best quality kids’ fancy dress costumes on rent and sale. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a clear and transparent return and refund process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
– The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
– All accessories, tags, and packaging must be intact
– Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery (for rentals) / 3 days (for purchases)
3. Non-Returnable Items
– Used or damaged costumes
– Items returned without original packaging
– Customized or altered costumes
– Hygiene-sensitive items
4. Rental Costumes Policy
– Rental costumes must be returned on or before the agreed return date
– Late returns may attract additional charges
– No refund once the rental period has started
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
– Notify within 24 hours with proof
– Replacement or refund will be provided
